Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls
Lunch: scrambles eggs w/sausage, fruit salad, and orange juice
Dinner: Red Soup w/Meatballs and some frozen vegetable
Mon:
Breakfast: Cold cereal
Lunch: Turkey sandwiches w/ pretzels and carrot sticks
Dinner: Beef, onion, green and red peppers, and cheese burritos w/salad
Tues:
Breakfast: Toast w/ over easy eggs and banana
Lunch: Tomato soup w/ grilled cheese and celery sticks
Dinner: Cornmeal chicken w/ onion soup and crusty bread and steamed broccoli
Wed:
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/apples and raisins
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwiches w/red grapes and celery w/carrot sticks
Dinner: Chicken stir fry w/ brown sesame rice
Thurs:
Breakfast: Cold cereal w/mixed fruit (banana slices, grapes, apples chunks)
Lunch: Cheese wrapped tortillas w/ black bean puree and apples
Dinner: Kefta w/potatoes and tomatoes
Fri:
Breakfast: Toast w/ strawberry jelly and scrambled spinach eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (PB&J) w/purple smoothies
Dinner: Penne rice pasta w/spinach, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes
Sat:
Breakfast: Biscuits w/sausage and gravy. Orange and apple slices
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Leftovers or Pizza and salad

My oldest son wants to join the Air Force and my brother and brother-in-law are both serving in the Air Force. My hubby was a Marine! Anyway, thanks for all you give up to support our country!
Hey, I have curly hair too. Mine is not as curly as yours but I always wish it could have more curl than it does or just be straight.
