Weekly Menu 10

Sunday:

Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls

Lunch: Skillet Breakfast: sunny side eggs, hashbrowns w/green peepers, red peppers, orange peppers, & onion, and 1/2 package of bacon

Dinner: Spaghetti Carbonara (Megan Style)

  • Package of spaghetti
  • Half (leftover raw bacon strips from breakfast) cut up into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Tspn of tarragon
  • Salt to taste
Boil package of spag and drain
Cook bacon in deep skillet. Add butter. Cook 5 mins until frothy.
While cooking, mix eggs, tspn of tarragon, and milk
Mix spag, egg mixture, and bacon all together in big deep frying pan. Cook until desired consistency, but be careful that the eggs get mixed well, or you'll have scrambled eggs w/ spag.

Mon:
Breakfast: Cold cereal
Lunch: Turkey sandwiches w/ pretzels and carrot sticks
Dinner: Curry chicken stir fry (chicken chunks, mushrooms, peas, sliced carrots, broccoli, red/green pepper slices, onion, and curry)

Tues:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs w/cheese and green smoothie
Lunch: Tomato soup w/ grilled cheese and grapes
Dinner: Burritos w/ black bean puree for dip w/salad

Wed:
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/apples and raisins
Lunch: Ham sandwiches w/ celery sticks, cherry tomatoes,cucumbers, and ranch dip
Dinner: Chicken pot pie w/ sliced apples

Thurs:

Breakfast: Cold cereal w/mixed fruit (banana slices, grapes, apples chunks)
Lunch: Mini cheeseburgers w/tator tots, orange, and peas
Dinner: Slow cooker red beans and rice

Fri: Irish Breakfast Smoothie
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (PB&J) w/purple smoothies
Dinner: Onion soup topped w/ mozzarella. Crusty French bread and salad

Sat:

Breakfast: Mexican Bananas
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Pizza
